The building of the pumping plant Gersweiler
was finished in the year 2001/2002. The ventilation
system and the electrical basic installation for
lighting, light switch and plug sockets were installed.
Other electro-technology and the mechanical engineering
were missing. The subject of this advertisement
was the equipment of the pumping plant Gersweiler
with the necessary mechanical engineering.

The pumping plant flow over an inlet channel
DN 700 maximally approx.. 136 l/s too. The quantities
of water originate from the quarter Gersweiler and
the main sewer Aschbachtal. It was intended to equip
the pumping plant with altogether four drying set
up pumps with same individual performance. Into
dependence of the approaching quantity of water
up to three pumps into consequence were switched.
Over the pertinent control all four pumps are headed
for in such a way and operated that they exhibit
always approx. the same operation hours. The fourth
pump takes over their function in case of failure
of a pump. The water level in the pumpensumpf of
the group is subject mainly to the operational fluctuations.
Pressure-laterally the pressure lines in a common
pressure pipe are seized and led from the building.
The line border is represented in the lying close
plan documents.
